There are many products in Japan that are very popular among foreigners. Unfortunately, some of these products are difficult to obtain overseas, and one such product is confectionery.
Many Japanese sweets have been passed down from generation to generation by many craftsmen. Many companies have researched and improved their snacks and chocolates, which have been loved for a long time. The limited edition also products released seasonally or regionally are of surprisingly high quality.

We would like to offer these sophisticated sweets to people overseas through subscription purchases or as gifts to their loved ones so that they can experience the "realism" of living in Japan.

Each month we carefully select and pack a box of sweets according to the season and trends, and deliver them to you.

What is gift plan?

The Gift Plan is a one-time purchase plan. The box is the perfect gift for friends and family who love sweets and Japanese culture.
If you are considering purchasing a monthly or 3-month plan, but are worried that it may not be what you expected or that you may have difficulty canceling, you can also try out the Gift Plan.
Please try it as a gift to yourself.

Subscription Cycle

Subscriptions operate on the 15th end of the month and start on the 16th. (Japan time)

The first box can be ordered from 12/16 until 23:59 on 1/15/2023.
The second box can be ordered from 1/16 at 24:00 until 2/15 at 23:59.

Refund policy

Amounts paid for boxes and services are final and non-refundable.
Please cancel your subscription before your renewal date if you do not wish to be billed for future box fees.

Custome fee and tax

Shipping charges do not include customs fees and taxes.
Please check your country's customs regulations as customs rules differ from country to country.

We do not cover customs fees and taxes. We have no control over import taxes, as these are charged by the local customs authorities themselves.

Fees are based on the latest developments in international shipping conditions and are subject to change.

When will my box be shipped and when will I receive it?

Boxes will be shipped within 1-4 business days.

My box has not arrived yet.

Due to the Covid-19 impact on international shipping, we now ship using multiple different carriers depending on your country.
Boxes usually arrive 1-3 weeks after the ship date, but please allow up to 4 weeks as there might be local customs or weather delays. 

We contract with other companies to transport our products around the world.
Products shipped from our warehouse are managed by contracted shipping companies and we are unable to respond for missing products.
If for some reason it is returned to our warehouse, we can deliver it again if the customer wishes, but the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.

My box is broken or missing item

Conditions for possible resending due to defective product, etc.
・The box is intact and not torn, but the product it was supposed to contain is missing.
・The product was out of date or the food bag was torn when opened.
If any of the above cases apply, you must report the problem within 7 days of receiving the box.

For damaged or missing items, please write down the name of the damaged or missing item here and send a photo and URL.

Since we cannot monitor shipping conditions and delivery environments, we are unable to provide replacements for damaged boxes, melted chocolate, cracked chips, or misshapen products.

Damaged items will be handled by customer support.
However, we will not cover the shipping costs for returns.
